I am grateful and proud to call Denver Seminary both my alma mater and my employer.

After getting bitten with the UT football bug as a junior higher when they won their national championships in 1969 and 1970, then enduring the painful Cotton Bowl loss to Notre Dame in 1977 and numerous embarrassing losses to Oklahoma in the ensuing years, the world is once again spinning aright on its axis and all is right in my petty little universe now that they are again NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!!!  Many cudos to USC for their incredible run.

I serve on the advisory board for this free, monthly, on-line newsletter.  They do a nice job of providing helpful, "to-the-point" articles aimed mostly at those preparing for ministry vocations.

This fine institution in Manchester, England provided the supervision and warm Christian community I needed to complete my PhD through the University of Manchester.  They embraced this non-Nazarene with open arms and provided a fertile environment for research in service to the Gospel.

This link will introduce you to the wholistic ministry of my sister Barbara and her husband Dwight in Temuco, Chile.  They are missionaries with the American Baptists.  Barb is a graduate of the University of Texas.  Dwight graduated from William Jewell College, Southern Seminary (MDiv), and Eastern College (MBA in international economic development).  They are two of the finest people I know and I am extremely proud of them.  Their two extremely cool sons are my two extremely cool nephews, Jack and Will.  Please pray for all of them as you check out their link.

Ben Lomond Gun Club is about one and a half hours from Littleton, east of Elizabeth, CO.  It's a versatile and functional facility for those who enjoy all kinds of shooting sports.

This blog contains news and occasional reflections from Denver Seminary students and faculty interested in theology, philosophy, and church history.

The International Christian Mentoring Network exists to promote and resource mentoring ministries of all kinds around the world.  The network is just getting started.  The website should be live by the end of March, 2007.  Stay tuned!
